We have developed an integrated approach to leadership development which works at four different levels.

These are:

4) Organisational Leadership.

Personal and Inter-Personal Leadership is achieved mainly through mentoring and coaching.

Team leadership is mainly achieved through workshops to create a common vision, success criteria and common strategy to achieve the objectives. Our unique decision making process, known as the BIG 7, plays a key role in developing and maintaining the unity, the common vision and the focus of the team.

Organisational Leadership is mainly achieved through the application of the BIG 7, mentoring and coaching.

Mentoring & Coaching

We provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring services to assist the managers and team/group leaders to improve their effectiveness and performance through personal, business and people development.

Team Leadership

We facilitate teams, in a workshop setting, to arrive at a unified vision, and develop common strategies and lines of action to fulfill their vision.

Training

We are specialised in customised training programmes in leadership, performance management and motivation.

Leadership Seminars

We offer a number of Values-Based Management and Leadership Seminars in Ireland and Slovakia each year. These intensive two-day programmes are suitable for Senior Managers, Managers & Team Leaders.
